In such instances, people are not able to troubleshoot since coming into direct contact with these chemicals could be deadly. The media can use mobile surveillance and mobile video platform to get them closer to groundbreaking news in dangerous situations. Sometimes, the most newsworthy items are those in the most hazardous places. Media can use surveillance cameras to catch and record incidents and events, such as a violent riot or protest, the eruption of a volcano or even to document a war.
